Wendy, I am so sorry for your loss. Bill was such an inspiration to everyone around him. I will cherish his friendship and kind words he always had for me. He was always making me laugh and made my day so much brighter while working with the police department and City Hall. Bill will be missed but never forgotten, we who were fortunate to share in his presence will be forever blessed.
Happy Trails Bill till we meet again.
