Wendie Jean Harris

Wendie Jean Harris, 48, passed away Monday, November 12, 2012 at her residence. She was born in Memphis, Tennessee to the late William Edwin Nelson and Iris Marie Poore Neblett.
She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She treasured her family and cherished her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother Aaron Nelson.
Mrs. Harris is survived by her husband, Cecil Harris; one son, Cecil Wayne Harris II, wife Amanda of Hernando, Mississippi; three daughters, Tina Marie Carr, husband Jeremy of Bella Vista, Arkansas, Beth Hopper, husband Toby of Searcy, Arkansas, and Jessica Bufford, husband Tim of Searcy, Arkansas; one brother, Jimmie Nelson of California; five sisters, Billie Marie Nelson of Batesville, Arkansas, Jamie Sue Middleton of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, Tammie Joy Skinner of Center Point, Oregon, Gail Marie Worley of Searcy, and Christie Haley-Nelson of California; and fourteen grandchildren.
Visiting hours will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at the Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Thursday in the Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home Chapel.
