Vivian Lenora Wortham, 94, of Rose Bud passed away Thursday, August 7, 2014 at White County Medical Center. She was born July 2, 1920 to the late Lee and Sophia Chaney Holleman in Rose Bud, Arkansas.
Vivian was a member of Mt. Bethel Freewill Baptist Church. She loved to vegetable garden, cook, and listen to gospel music. She cherished her time with her family, friends, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by two sons, Jerry Wortham (Beverly) and Gary Wortham (Angie) all of Rose Bud; three daughters, Colleen Massengale (Garrie) of Searcy, Wanda Holland of Searcy, and Betty Rocka of Little Rock; four grandchildren, Lyndell Massengale, Brent Massengale, Greg Wortham (Jennifer), and Kristie Morrison (Matt); and two great grandchildren, Connor Wortham and Lynnlee Morrison.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, O.B. Wortham; three brothers and five sisters.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Saturday, August 9, 2014 at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home. Funeral services are 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 10, 2014 in the funeral home chapel with interment following at Mt. Bethel Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers please donate to the Mt.
