Vivian R. Morton

Vivian Rita Morton, 82 of Searcy, died January 5, 2007. She was born January 1, 1925 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Robert Ira and Gertrude (O'Mally) Moorhead. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW. She loved bowling. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William M. Morton; and a son, Gerald Morton.

She is survived by five sons, Bill, Kenneth, Dennis, Robert and Michael Morton; a daughter, Denise Morton; three brothers, Bill, Dick and Jerry Moorhead; a sister Roberta McInerney; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
