Thelma Dale Sullivan, 76, of Searcy passed away Tuesday, June 27th at Searcy Health and Rehab. She was born May 27, 1941 in Higginson, Arkansas to the late Alvie and Eathel (Clause) Scritchfield.
Thelma was a member of Higginson Assembly of God. She was a faithful and godly woman. She loved God and her family above all else. Thelma was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, nana, and friend who will be dearly missed.
Left to cherish Thelma’s memory are her children, one son, Robert Clause (Rhonda) of Judsonia; one daughter, Debbie Minyard (Marvin) of Searcy; one sister, Jewel Uselton of Greenwood, Arkansas; twelve grandchildren, Boddie Clause, Jennifer Minyard, Cole Minyard (Deana), Heather Douglas (Andy), Brooke Lyons, Jeanette Medler (Jacob), Tate Stone, Colby Stone, and Charlene Foshee; three great grandchildren, Ashlyn, Ryan, and Karlee.
In addition to her parents Thelma was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie Sullivan; two daughters, Diana M. Chalk and Jeanette Mendenhall; four sisters, Carnell Fraizer, Birdie Troub, Francis Johnson, and Iris Foshee.
Visitation will be Friday, June 30th from 9:00-10:00 am at Searcy McEuen Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 am Friday, June 30th Gum Springs Cemetery.
