Shirley Jeanette Holleman

Shirley Jeanette Cofer Holleman, age 68, of Searcy, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, June 13, 2007. She was born October 20, 1938 to Leelian and Eugie Cofer at Copper Springs, a community of McRae, Arkansas. She was married to J.C. Holleman on December 8, 1956 and spent her life being a homemaker, devoted wife, loving Momma and caring MeeMaw. She was a member of the Gum Springs Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Hartsell and Mineral Cofer; and one sister, Virginia Anderson.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, J.C. Holleman; one sister, Barbara Selvidge and husband Arwain of Searcy; two daughters, Deborah Bell and husband Steve of Pangburn; Kimberly Holleman of Conway; one grandson, Jason Bell of Pangburn; one granddaughter, Amy Bell of Pangburn; many nieces and nephews. The family wishes to express their gratitude to White County Hospice.
