Sam C. Vest, 69, of Batesville passed away Sunday, July 13, 2014. He was born October 13, 1944 in Beebe, Arkansas to Samuel and Jean Meredith Vest.
He loved to restore antique furniture.
He is survived by his mother, Jean Vest of Oil Trough; two brothers, Richard Vest of Searcy and Winford Vest of Kensett; one sister, Reba Holloway of Oil Trough, Arkansas; one son, Michael Vest of Texas, one daughter, Michelle Hall of Kensett, and special friend, Georgia Vest of Searcy.
He was preceded in death by his father, Samuel Jess Vest.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, July 18, 2014 at Maple Springs Cemetery in Oil Trough, Arkansas.
All funeral service arrangements have been entrusted to Searcy McEuen Funeral Home.
