Ruth loved my daughter Nakia as if she were her own. We coordinated many sleepovers and out of town visits because our girls were best friends and still are. Keri you know what you mean to me. My heart hurts because I can't be there in person but you know I am always here for you

I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of Ruth. She was my second mom for a year back in the 60swhenmy mom, siblings and myselflived in Searcy and my dad was in Korea. While mom was working at Frozen Delight, Ruth had us and when Ruth worked mom had Ronnie and Dickie as their dad was in Vietnam. I'll never forget the nights Ruth made dinner tho; she always made us drink milk and I hated milk!!! LOL!!
Thank you for being there when we needed you, Ruth. Love you always!!!
