Uncle Ron, You will be missed. You were a sweet and loving man who I loved listening to about all your stories from your younger days and how much you loved your animals. Love you and see you someday again

One of the closest and dearest and unselfish Friends I've ever known. A Loving and caring Father and Husband, he and J.J. were there, when my Son Kevin was born in 1983. I will always remember him as 'Wild Bill Hickok', in our countless performances of 'Deadline', with The Desperadoes over the years. Any time I would talk to him, whether on the phone or in person, at the end, he would always say: "If you need anything, let me know". I have no doubt that if I had needed anything, he would have come through, no matter what it was, and often did.
So long, Ron. Thanks for the memories.

I worked with Ron in the early 70s at Radio Shack in Little Rock. For some reason last Sunday while I was in church and listening to a man named Ron presenting a devotional, I thought about the Ron I worked with at Radio Shack and was trying hard to remember his last name. What a sad coincidence to see his obituary and recognize the name just a few days later. I wish that I had kept in touch with him over the years.

I met Ron when him and I were on the Arkansas Horse council board of directors back in 1993. It became a beautiful friendship with Ron and JJ over these years. Ron got his appaloosa horses from me and 2 of them were for beautiful saddles that he made for me. I will miss you Ron and I am so glad I got to see you back in Sept.
