Roger Langley

Roger Doyle Langley, 64, of Joy passed from this life Monday, February 22nd in Conway. He was born June 21, 1951 in Searcy.

Roger was a salesman at Smith Ford in Conway for 20 years. He was owner of Langley's Food Warehouse in Brinkley from 1975-1988. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends. Roger was a disciple of Jesus Christ and lived out his faith by helping others. He never met a stranger.

Roger was preceded in death by his wife, Elaine Langley; parents, Midge and Ethel Langley; two brothers, Harlan and Gary Langley; and one sister, Nelta Langley.
He is survived by his children, Rodney Langley, Kristen Whitkanack (Michael), Lori Langley, Russell Langley, and Pierce Dorrough (Karen); his siblings, Reva Penny (Mark), Ann Wortham (Dale), Louie Langley (Gloria), Terry Langley (Debbie), Marilyn Goff (Richard), and Bill Langley; grandchildren, Luke Langley, Rebecca Langley, Addyson Dorrough, Elizabeth Dorrough, and Makayla Whitkanack; twenty-eight nieces and nephews, and numerous family and friends.
Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p .m. Wednesday, February 24th at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 25th at Mt. Hebron Baptist Church.
All funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
