Guestbook

Travis and I have known Peggy (and knew Orbray) a long time--since we were students at Harding University. However, we came to know them better after we moved back to Searcy in 1985. Peggy was the perfect mate for Orbray! He would be very excited and animated as he talked about something that may have happened just the day before, or may have happened 40 years before! As we would try to figure out if this was new information or Orbray's reminiscences, Peggy would just grin and try to help Orbray make it clearer. She was always sweet and peaceful and uncomplaining. She and Orbray truly loved each other. We loved them both. Our love and condolences to Danny, Brenda, Lacey, and all family members as you all cope with this loss. We all feel the loss and are saddened-- but only for ourselves, not for Peggy, who is now with Orbray in God's Heaven listening to the beautiful music of angelic choirs and showing the angels how that music can be made even more beautiful through sign language. --Travis and Linda Thompson
