Nancy Elizabeth Dockens

Nancy Elizabeth Dockens, 47, of Searcy, passed from this life Saturday, January 12, 2013. She was born January 26, 1964 in Searcy; the daughter of Melvin T. and Jennie Smith Dockens Sr.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by one brother, Melvin T. Dockens Jr. of Elgin, Ill.; two sisters, Sandra Faye Key of Chicago, Ill. and Mallie Jones and husband Kenneth of Maumelle, Ark.; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family will receive relatives and friends at 9 a.m. Saturday, January 19 until the funeral hour at 11 O'clock at St. Mary's C.M.E. Church, 205 south Sowell, Searcy, AR 72143. Interment will follow at Gum Springs Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
