Morris Gowen

Morris Gowen, 94, of Searcy, was called to his heavenly home on Saturday, November 25, 2006 in Searcy. He was born October 25, 1912 at Antioch, Arkansas to the late John Henry Gowen and Mary Hutchinson.
He served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He was an active member of Searcy Faith Assembly of God. Morris had a kind and loving heart and was always willing to help anyone in need. He enjoyed his family and friends.

Survivors include brother, Bob Gowen of Los Angeles, California; three daughters, Nancy Bryant of Searcy, Shirley Vines of Searcy and Linda Rosiska of Little Rock, Arkansas; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren; one special friend, Luella English Algood of Searcy.
