Kathy Gail Stockman Fulbright

Kathy Gail Stockman Fulbright, 66, of the Velvet Ridge Community in Bald Knob, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 2, 2026. She was born September 8, 1959 in Lonoke, Arkansas to Lemuel David and Mary Lucille Smith. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister, Barbara Peeks and her beloved son, Steven Bradley Kircher.

Kathy was a faithful member of Liberty Light Apostolic Church in Bald Knob, Arkansas. If there was anything that needed done, she was there to see it through. There was never a potluck meal that her favorite dishes were not part of. She was an integral part of the 5th Sunday Youth Programs, where she spent her money and time to always make it a standout day for us all. She faithfully prayed for her family; they were at the top of her prayer list.

She is survived by her husband, Steve Fulbright; three sons, David Allen Cole, Zachary Adam Kircher and Dustin Stockman and wife, Jenny; 8 grandchildren, Izzy Orman, Sagan Cole, James Bradley Kircher, Ethan Blaze Kircher, Braylee Faith Kircher, Steven Matthew Stockman, Savannah Grace Stockman and John Russell Stockman; step-daughter, Misty Fulbright Ring; step-son, Steven Fulbright and wife, Sloan; step-grandson, Jeremy Ring; sisters, Brenda Hardin and Sharon Henson and husband, Russell; brother, David Smith and wife, Shirley; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Liberty Light Apostolic Church, 508 Bald Knob Lake Rd, Bald Knob, AR on Monday, March 9, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. followed by a funeral service celebrating Kathy’s life at 12:00 p.m. Interment will be at Shady Grove Cemetery.
