Kathy Stockman Fulbright, of Bald Knob, Arkansas passed away March 2, 2026. Visitation will be at Liberty Light Apostolic Church, Monday, March 9, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 12 p.m. Interment will be at Shady Grove Cemetery.
