Miss Judy, was an inspiration to the Central Girls Ball team, parents, and friends throughout the community. I always loved to see her when they came to Cotter to play ball. Our day is a little dimmer and a little sadder without you here. You will be sorely missed, always loved, and never forgotten. Heaven gained an angel.
