Judy Thresa Loan- Clemons

Judy Thresa Loan-Clemons, 73, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2025, at CHI St. Vincent Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born on April 6, 1952, in Lamesa, TX to Minton and Faye Loan. Judy was a devoted Christian, daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend.

Judy graduated from Longview High School in 1970. She spent more than 20 years working for ALU-MIC, Inc. (now defunct). A construction company based in Longview, TX and served the greater Northeast Texas area. She began as a secretary and worked her way to General Manager during a time when women in this position was relatively rare. Over the years, her experience, tendency to face any problem head on, constant desire to learn and adapt, and her refusal to back down gained her the respect of most of her contemporaries and those she regularly did business with.

Judy was a loving mother of two children, Michelle and Nathan, and would later welcome 6 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren into their family. Judy loved to fish in her pass-time, but most of all, she loved Jesus. Her relationship with God was something she took very seriously, and she loved telling people about.

Judy is survived by her son Nathan Loan; sister Paulette Suttle and Brother-in-law Hollis; grandchildren Tiffany Moore and partner Tony, Matthew Moore, Christopher Parker and partner Lizz, Seth Prince, Benjamin Loan, and Jacob Loan; great-grandchildren Elisabeth, Penelope, Rosalie, Elijah, Dallas, and Charlotte; niece Shannon Suttle-Rodden and her children Garrett and Lorelai; and newest granddaughter-in-law Jessica, and her dog Angel. Preceding Judy in death are her parents Minton Cleveland and L. Faye Loan, daughter Michelle Clemons, and nephews James Suttle and Gavin Rodden.
