John Randall Johnston

John Randall Johnston, 45, of Searcy, formerly of Crossett, Arkansas, passed from this life Sunday, October 13, 2013. He was born May 5, 1968 in Crossett to John Frank and Margaret Greenwood Johnston.
Prior to moving to Searcy, Mr. Johnston was a safety engineer at the paper mill in Crossett. On November 1, 2012 he married Denise Kidd and they attended the Watermark Church in Searcy.
In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by one daughter, Ellen Johnston; three step children, Caleb, Ashley, and Sydney; one sister, Dianne Edwards; and one nephew, Michael Ford.
A visitation from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, October 15 will be held in the Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 16 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Crossett with visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow at Pinewood Cemetery under the direction of Medders Funeral Home, Crossett, Arkansas.
