Jimmy Ray Doss

Jimmy Ray Doss, 63, of Searcy passed away Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at his residence. He was born March 28, 1951 to the late Owen and Junita Lovitte Doss in Searcy, Arkansas.
Jimmy was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He was a family man always putting their needs first. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He cherished his grandchildren, Samara and Trenton.
Jimmy is survived by his son, Timmy Doss (Venessa) of Judsonia; two brothers, James Barlow of Texas and Larry Doss of Searcy; three sisters, Louise Neal of Kensett, Barbara Powell and Mary Doss both of Searcy; and two grandchildren, Samara Doss and Trenton Doss.
In addition to Jimmy's parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita Doss; and daughter, Betty Jane Doss.
A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 16, 2014 at the Word of Faith Church, 126 Coles Lane, Searcy, Arkansas 72143
