Helen Audrey Stringfellow

Helen Audrey Stringfellow, 85, of Pangburn passed away Saturday, May 9, 2015 at her residence. She was born October 26, 1929 to the late Thomas and Irene (Yoder) Reynolds.
Helen was a loving wife, daughter, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. Helen worked in the nursery business for many years planting the seeds and nurturing the seedling and plants to full maturity. She lived her life doing the same to others. She always wore a beautiful smile, she always had a warm cup of coffee or sweet iced tea, something to eat, she loved to play cards and games and challenged everyone who played with her, and she always had an ear to listen for everyone who walked through her door. She traveled the world with her Husband while in the Military meeting different people of all walks of life and brought that into herself and shared her many stories. Her fondest memories were of her family and all her brothers and sisters (in-laws) and their families. She loved with all her heart and had very fond memories of each and every one.

Left to cherish her memory are her four daughters, Helen Rushing of Wilburn, Angela D. Doyle (Mitch) of Pangburn, Irene King (David) of Pangburn, and Sandra Stringfellow of Pangburn; two brothers, Eugene Reynolds and Orlan Reynolds; two sisters, Reba House and Midge Roberts; six grandchildren, Cheryl Mcaulley (Darrell) of Pangburn, Stacy Reynolds (Garry) of Rose Bud, Monel Vlahon of Wilburn, Kim Morris (Jason) of Wilburn, David King (Melissa) of South Carolina, and Michael Doyle (Ashley) of Pangburn; seventeen great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Jewel Dee Stringfellow; one son, Bertie Benjamin Stringfellow; three brothers, Sam, Guy, and Pete Reynolds; and one sister, Arnette Reynolds.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 14, 2015 at Henderson Cemetery with Bro. Scotty Burrows officiating. All funeral service arrangements have been entrusted to Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
