Helen Reba Scott

Helen Reba Eans Scott, 92, of Harrisonville, Missouri, passed from this life February 23, 2013. She was born July 16, 1920 in Griffithville, Arkansas to the late John and Vernon Knowles Eans.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon "Scottie" Scott; sister and brother-in-law, Thelma Eans Nelson and Eldon Nelson.

She is survived by one daughter, Ann Kottenbrock and husband Paul of Harrisonville, Missouri; three grandchildren, Kelly Haug, Tony Kottenbrock, and Tracy Hampshire; three great-grandchildren, Rachael Haug, Brandon Hampshire, and Julia Haug.

Family and friends may visit 1-2:00 p.m. Friday, March 1, 2013 at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 2:30 p.m. in Welcome Home Cemetery near Des Arc with Rev. Keith Alexander officiating.
