Hattie Pearl Purkiss, 83, of Heber Springs died Sunday, July 28, 2013 at South Ridge Nursing Home. She was born in Bunker, Missouri to the late Jesse Goforth and Hannah Warren Goforth.
She is survived by one granddaughter, C.J. Oyler of Inwood, West Virginia; Harry Christensen of Heber Springs and two special friends, Kenneth and June Woods of Rose Bud.
Graveside services are 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at Rose Bud Cemetery under the direction of Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
