Fred Lee Phillips, 43 of Bald Knob died Monday, March 12, 2007. He was born January 20, 1964 in Newport, Arkansas to Eugene Phillips and Beatrice Howard. He is survived by both parents; one son, Scott Phillips of Bald Knob; three daughters, Melissa Phillips of Bald Knob; Alisha Phillips and finance' James Johnson of Marshall, MO; Samantha Phillips of St. Louis, MO; one brother, John Phillips (Kathy) of Griffithville; two sisters, Marie Weir and husband Danny of Searcy; Bobby Harris of Bald Knob; several uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins.
