Ernest Rigsby

Ernest Rigsby 87; of Searcy, went to be with his Lord March 21, 2008. He was born May 2, 1920, to the late Dillard and Eula Hill Rigsby. He is preceded in death by two brothers, Lloyd, Herman and Bethel Ray Rigsby; one sister, Mary Henson.

Ernest is survived by his wife of 68 years, Nora Frances Rigsby of Searcy; two sons, Billy and Jimmy Rigsby; five daughters, Doris Reams, Judy Rigsby, Linda Cantrell, Mary Sterling and Ellen Ditto; three sisters, Ethel Mae Richmond, Louise Tate and Dorothy Self; twenty-three grandchildren and twenty-five great-grandchildren. He was also loved by his family in Virginia, Tennessee and Alabama. He was an Auxiliary Deputy Sheriff in White County and a member of the Fosters Chapel Baptist Church.
