Eldean Helen Tanner

Eldean Helen Tanner, 83, of Searcy passed from this life January 30, 2014 at her residence. She was born February 11, 1930 at Gravel Hill, Arkansas to the late Amos and Bessie Cunningham Cohorn.
Mrs. Tanner was a member of Center Hill Missionary Baptist Church. She was a loving, sweet person; enjoyed gardening and her flowers.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Dee Tanner; son, Kenneth Wayne Tanner; three brothers and two sisters.
She is survived by one son, Jerry Tanner of Phoenix; one daughter, Karen Davis and husband David of Searcy; daughter in law, Jane Tanner of Searcy; five grandchildren, Dustin Davis, Deidre Lightle, Cody Davis, Cassie Davis, Jennifer Huckeby; five great grandchildren; and one sister, Doris Pasley of Carlisle.
Visitation will be 12-2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 2, 2014 at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home. Graveside services and burial follow at 2:30 p.m. at Center Hill Missionary Baptist Cemetery.
