Elbert Jones

Rev, Dr. Elbert Jones, 77 of Searcy, passed away July 18, 2007. He was an Army Veteran, member of the New Birth Baptist Church in Kensett and a Master Mason.
He is preceded by his father Dolphis Jones and his mother Lona Davis; five brothers John, Mckinsley, Westley, Willie, and David Jones; four sisters; Christine Anderson, Alberta Brassell, Annie Sisk, Everlena Caldwell.
He is survived by his wife Ruth Jones of Searcy, two sons Michael L. and Steve A. Jones of California; one daughter Candy Brown of Searcy.
Services will be at Arnold Tabernacle CME Church in Kensett July 25, 2007 at 10:00 A.M
