Donnie M. Robertson

Donnie M. Robertson, 90, of Kensett passed away July 14, 2013 at Oakdale Nursing Home. She was born June 18, 1923 in Woodruff County to the late Luther Daniel Hale and Minnie Eleanor Holder Hale.

She enjoyed yard work and gardening. She also loved to go camping and fishing. She was a member of Kensett First Baptist Church. She was loved by all who knew her and she will be greatly missed.

She is survived by two children; one daughter, Peggy Vaughn (L.D.) of West Point; one son, Freddie "Poochie" Robertson (Donna) of Searcy; eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Merl Robertson; two sons, Carrol Wayne and Roger; two sisters, Annie Lee Humphreys and Helen Cummings.
Visitation will be from 7-8 p.m. Tuesday, July 16th at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
Funeral services are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 17th at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home with burial following at Kensett Cemetery.
