Dennis Louis Weisenfels

Dennis Louis Weisenfels, 69, of Velvet Ridge, Arkansas, passed away early April 5, 2022, with his son by his side. Dennis was born January 19, 1953, in Little Rock Arkansas. He ran his own business for over 20 years and was an active member of the community. He loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting and being with his family and friends. 


Dennis was preceded in death by his father and mother, Stephen & Mildred Weisenfels; and one grandson, Stephen Gustav Weisenfels. 

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Heather Weisenfels, his grandson, Taylor Weisenfels as well as his grandson, Shane Morris and his wife, Edith Morris. Along with his four sisters, Brenda McKown, Peggy Hopkins, Donna Bridge, Sandy Martin, and many nieces and nephews. 


Visitation will be held Friday, April 8th from 10:30-11:00 am at Searcy McEuen Funeral Home.

The funeral service will start at 11:00 am Friday, April 8th in the Searcy McEuen Chapel.

Graveside Service will be at 1:00 pm at the Forest Hills Cemetery under the direction of Searcy McEuen Funeral Home.

Dennis my adopted Brother from another mother. I am so sad to see you leave.

Our time as adopted family was way too short. So just know that I will see you on the other side.

God blessed me with getting to be around you. And I learned so much from you every day.
