David Cook

David Ray Cook, 47, of Pangburn, passed away Thursday, February 22, 2018, at Unity Health White County Medical Center.  He was preceded in death by his father; Lynn Gale Cook and grandparents; Linza and Wilda Wyatt, H. K. and Ruth Cook.

He is survived by his son; Matthew Cook, grandson; Corbin Cook, mother; Glynda Cook, siblings; Michael Cook, Marla Hubbard, and Jana Bland.

He was a wonderful son, brother, father, and grandfather.  He will be deeply missed.
