Christopher Thompson

Christopher Lee Thompson, 35, of Searcy passed away Friday, March 30th at his home. He was born January 17, 1983 in Memphis, Tennessee to Clay Thompson and Vickie Shamlin.

Christopher loved being outdoors especially when he had the opportunity to take his family to the Buffalo River, or go fishing and hunting. He also loved to go camping, hiking, and building all kinds of stuff.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 12 years, Alicia Thompson; one son, Drew Thompson; and one daughter, Laynie Thompson; his father, Clay Thompson of Pine Bluff; mother, Vickie Shamlin of West Pangburn; two brothers, Joseph Thompson of Searcy and Adam Thompson of Black Rock; one sister, Tanisha Thompson of Jonesboro; father in law and mother in law, Troy and Teresa Williams of Searcy; brother in law and sister in law, Thomas and Chelsey Williams of Searcy; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Christopher was preceded in death by two sisters, Adrian McLemore and Jessica Thompson; and paternal grandparents, Papa Bill and Mary Thompson.

There are no services scheduled at this time for Christopher.

All Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Searcy McEuen Funeral Home.
