Charles Mitchell Baker

Charles Mitchell Baker, 51, of Kensett, died Tuesday, January 30, 2007. He was born July 13, 1955 in Riverside, California, to the late Charles M. and Annalene Barnett Baker. He was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Lonnie Baker.

He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Tressie Baker of Kensett; three sons, Matthew Baker and his wife Samantha, Lonnie Baker and Bobby Berry and his wife Tiffany, all of Kensett; three daughters, Shanna Baker, Crystal Holland and her husband Larry, and Kerrie Baker all of Kensett; also many other kids that loved him and called him Dad; two sisters, Loretta Morgan of Searcy and Sandra Swanson and her husband Clay of Kensett; and nine grandchildren.

Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 PM, Friday, February 2, 2007 at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, February 3, 2007 at Searcy-McEuen Chapel. Interment will follow at Gray Cemetery in Gravel Hill.
