Charlena Goff

Charlena Goff, 85, of Northeast Arkansas, passed away Friday, November 10, 2023 at White River Medical Center in Batesville. She was born February 12, 1938 in Rector, Arkansas to the late Hosea and Myrtle (McGinnis) Long. Charlena taught Senior English at the Cabot High School for over 30 years before her retirement. She was a member and attended the First Baptist Church in Cabot for many years. After retirement she and her husband, W.O. moved to Pangburn and there they became members of the Pangburn First Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 65 years, William Owen Goff of Cave City; sister, Lucille Ruth (Bob) of The Villages, Florida; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers and 3 sisters.
