Betty Jean West

Betty Jean West, 72, of Searcy passed away Monday, February 23, 2015 at The Crossing. She was born August 10, 1942 in Joy, Arkansas to the late Milton and Connie (Coleman) Lawson.

Betty attended the First Assembly of God in Searcy. She loved working outside with her flowers, and mowing and keeping her yard. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend who will be dearly missed.

Betty is survived by her husband, Bobby West; two sons, Ranny Joe West (Louellen) and Keith West both of Mt. Pisgah, Arkansas; two daughters, Debbie West of Searcy, Arkansas and Karen Bennett of Sherwood, Arkansas; nine grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents Betty was preceded in death by one brother, Billy Jack Lawson; and one sister, Judy Ann Garner.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, February 27th at Searcy McEuen Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 28th at First Assembly of God in Searcy.
