Berta Geneva Featherston

Berta Geneva Featherston, age 86, of Searcy, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2025. She was born in Searcy, Arkansas to the late Troy Barnett and Pauline Baker Barnett. She is preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Andrew Metchum Featherston and a brother, Kerry Michael Barnett.

Berta was a Christian woman and a member of Spring Valley Church of Christ.

She is survived by her son, Steve Featherston and wife, Stacy; 2 grandchildren, Aaron Featherston (Vanessa) and Allex Jolliff; 6 great-grandchildren, Riley Jo, Harper, Oakley and Able Featherston, Wyatt Jolliff and Myla Jolliff; a brother, Terry Lynn Barnett; 2 nieces, Rosalind Carter and Anita Gifford.

A graveside service will be held at Taylor Cemetery in Searcy on Friday, May 16, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements by Searcy McEuen Funeral Home. www.searcymceuenfuneralhome.com.
