Anna Vee Reed

Anna Vee Reed, 78, of Searcy passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at White County Medical Center. She was born January 25, 1934 in Searcy, Arkansas to the late George A. Coles and Thelma Louise Stark Coles.

Mrs. Reed was a member of Searcy Church of the Nazarene.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Reed is preceded in death by her husband Richard Lee Reed and one daughter Juanita G. Doss.
She is survived by two sons Richard Leon Reed of Searcy, Arkansas and George Wesley Reed of Longview, One daughter Anita Martin of Bald Knob, Arkansas; One brother Virgil Coles of Texas; Two sisters Katy Cotrell of Antlers, Oklahoma and Betty Jane Mullens of Henderson, Texas; Ten grandchildren and twenty three great grandchildren.

Visiting hours will be 7-9 p.m. Friday, July 20, 2012 at the Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Searcy Church of the Nazarene with burial following at Foster's Chapel Cemetery.
