Almond Albert Stokes

Almond Albert Stokes, 77 of Kensett went to be with his Lord January 7, 2008. He was born February 26, 1930 in Pleasant Grove, Arkansas to the late Charlie A. and Josie Stokes. He was a retired Factory worker and a faithful member of the Kensett Church of Christ. He is preceded in death by one brother Loyd Stokes and several nieces and nephews.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years Dell Stokes, three daughters, Brenda Gentry, Diane Robertson and Kathy Sumler of Kensett. He is also survived by three sisters, Orene Ramsey and Maxine Duncan of Kensett; and Bobby Hughes of Searcy. He also left seven Grandchildren, sixteen Great Grandchildren and one Great Great Grandchild.
