Alene Holden

Alene Holden was born May 10, 1923 at Joy, Arkansas to William Henry Murdaugh and Effie Murdaugh.

She was preceded in death by her parents and by her husband Floyd E. Holden, and one son Rodger Dale Holden.

She is survived by two sons; Keith and Henry Holden, and two daughters; Diane Farmer and Sherry Acree.

She resided in Searcy for the past fourty years where she enjoyed gardening and tending her flowers and rose bushes.  The most important thing in her life was her family and spending time with them.
