Patrice Delaney Brown

October 28, 1967 ~ May 28, 2019 (age 51)

Patrice Delaney Brown, “Lady,” was born in St. Louis to Deloris Stewart and the late Patrick Moore on October 28, 1967. She went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 28, 2019. She was a member of Centennial Baptist Church in Kensett, AR.

Lady was employed at God’s Little Blessings Daycare and had a special bond with all of the children. However, most people remember her from all the years she worked at Warehouse Foods, which later became Country Mart.

She was a loving mother, extraordinary grandmother, and a dear friend to many. Her granddaughter, Aliyah, said that she loved helping others in need and was always there to turn people in the right direction.

Lady valued education and was determined to earn a degree. She received her Associates of Arts degree from Arkansas State University in Beebe and was pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and classmates. Lady was always aware of what was going on and would keep everybody in the know. She was a self proclaimed “Selfie Queen.” After getting her hair done, she would post maaaaaannnnyyyy pictures on Facebook.

She was preceded in death by her father, Patrick Moore; grandfather, William Short, both of St. Louis, MO; grandparents, Vera and Lucious Brown of Kensett, AR.

Her memory will be cherished by her two sons: Charles (Allison) Perry of Searcy, AR, and Jonathan (Brittinie) Perry of Bristow, OK; five grandchildren: Aliyah, Korleigh, Adrianna, Audrina, and Kylianna; mother, Delores Stewart of St. Louis, MO; grandmother, Anna T. Moore of St. Louis, MO; aunt, Arlinda Stegall of Searcy, AR; four sisters: LaVone Brown of Bald Knob, AR; Vera Billingsley, Vanessa Short Matthews (Bobby), and Denise Walker Moore, all of St. Louis, MO; five brothers: Mario Stewart, John Moore, Patrick Moore, Harold Moore, and Christopher Miles, all of St. Louis, MO; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.

Our deepest gratitude is extended to Chervonne Catron and Mykayla Arnold for styling Lady’s hair during the duration of her illness.
